EXCHANGE POLICY
- 7 days Exchange – Jewellery items can be exchanged within 7 days upon receipt of the same (for online delivery orders).
- The right to exchange Jewellery can only be exercised when the products are in original condition and have not been used, worn or damaged.
- For all exchanges to be valid, there must be proof of purchase. This is an integral part of Chamathka’s exchange policy.
- Exchanges are only done at Chamathka branded showrooms located island-wide.
REFUND POLICY
- Cash refunds are not accepted.
- Custom made jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.
WARRANTY POLICY
- We provide 2 years warranty on all jewellery purchases..
DELIVERY
- We deliver island-wide.
- In order to ensure you a hassle-free delivery experience, all delivery charges will be specified online and there shall not be any unexpected charges on delivery. Only delight and ease at your doorstep!
- Delivery may take 4-5 business days.
- Given the items are valuable in nature, all orders require a signature upon receipt.
- As we are unable to redirect orders once items have been delivered to the courier, kindly ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
